Is It Time For A Career Transition? More Rewarding And Fulfilling?
Posted by: | CommentsDo you work full-time and feel unfilled and desire a more rewarding career?
If You Are Working Full-Time And Desire A More Rewarding Career:
Clarify – Where You Are Exactly & Your Passion….. Get clear on what you are passionate about and how you envision your most joyous life. Additionally, you must know exactly where you are currently as it relates to finances and time. I’ve seen individuals whom had great gifts jump in too fast only to fail for lack of clarity and awareness.
Determine A Plan For Moving Forward (business set up and marketing plan) – I have personally learned the hard way and now find it to be my purpose to support others using these experiences to gracefully move into fulfilling their purpose. Keep your excitement and your vision and also stay focused on creating a sound business through well thought out organization, systems, and business strategy. In many cases, I suggest maintaining your financial stability with your present job (unless you have a sound financial plan with savings to cover your expenditures for up to one year), while you “step-by-step” implement your business.
Find A Balance – Current Reality & Moving Into Desired Purpose…. (time/money) – In my years of coaching individuals on career matters, I have seen the practical matters of time and money as a key element in realizing their personal and professional desires and vision. When working full-time and looking to transition, obviously it is usually time that is the key variable in consideration. It is imperative that you think in advance about how to allocate your time consciously to maintain a higher energy and ease and flow in the process. When one is exhausted it is near impossible to realize the desired results.
Take Action – One Step At A Time (from a well-layed out plan) – The fun part! Start taking action one step at a time. However, I’ve come to realize through years of coaching that we as humans for the craziest reason tend to be afraid of our own success and/or due to esteem concerns to really “put ourselves out there.” SO – having someone to keep you focused on taking action is truly recommended! Rationalization, procrastination, and more easily can rear their head during the implementation process. Don’t get stuck in paralysis analysis either. :>
Transition Fully Into Passion / Purpose – The true realization of your greatest desires and fulfilling your purpose with joy, ease, and abundance. Focus on taking one step at a time (and being flexible to the changes that inevitably will arise during the process) and you will soon be on your way to the life you’ve always wanted!

Chronic Muscle Contraction & Holistic Well Being
Posted by: | CommentsDo you have chronic muscle contraction or pain??
According to Movement Specialist Margie Murnan, “Movement habits are learned in so many ways. Have you ever been told to sit up straight or to hold your shoulders back? Many of you work jobs that require repetitive actions or sitting in front of the computer for extended periods of time.
If the way that you hold yourself is habitual, then the muscles that do the holding become chronically contracted. If a muscle is chronically contracted it is not available for anything else. That means other muscles have to do more of the work, and they become fatigued more quickly, and may become painful.”
I have come to personally realize that moving my body with intention through stretching and exercise is imperative to living a joyous and fulfilling life. Many years ago I experienced whiplash from a car accident. Couple that with working in front of a computer many hours of the day, I have found my physical well being and health necessitates that I GET MOVING. To take a break, walk around, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy moving my body with gratitude for all it allows me to do.
Here’s hoping you give your body love, maybe take a walk or just get moving today!

Emotional Wellness, Stress, & Health
Posted by: | CommentsFor many the holidays is a time for joy, family, and love. A time for special family gatherings, giving gifts out of love, and the joy of togetherness. It is for many also a time of religious and spiritual celebration.
For others, the holidays can also be a source of stress: financial, emotional, physical (weight gain/inactivity, etc.), relationships, etc. I thought it was a great time to share about emotional wellness, stress, and health during the holidays.
I remember reading a statistic once that said December is the month with the highest number of suicides. Further, it has been my professional experience (when Life Coaching) and from what I’ve heard from Psychotherapists and Doctors that it is also during this time that their business picks up.
This article written by Marcelle Pick, Women To Women discusses holiday stress on women. So for anyone whom might be feeling the stress of the holidays, I wanted to reach out and share this article and a resource that I personally refer to often on womens’ health.
Sending you joyous, relaxing, and loving times during the holidays!

What Makes You Worthy?
Posted by: | CommentsHave you ever considered what makes you worthy of goodness, love, and abundance? In our society it often breeds us to believe we are worthy when we “do good”, have accomplishments, and demonstrate “success” by the material belongings one possesses. Measuring success whether one has experienced the American Dream, buying a home and furnishing it with lovely belongings. Driving that luxury car for others to see and for some to think “wow – he/she has made it!”
The truth – these material belongings certainly can bring beauty and joy into our physical lives and are meant to be cherished and experienced. However, they in and of themselves do not determine one’s worthiness or prove a person is a success (or good enough).
I have walked many paths on this journey to self acceptance, love, connection, and inner peace. For many years walking the commonly treaded path of proving myself through accomplishments and acquisitions; another of unintentionally shedding these belongings and experiencing when all was gone a sense of true self underneath it all; now living with intention to experience abundance flowing from a deeper sense of self, worthiness, and connection with the source of my goodness.
What Makes You Worthy? Have you asked yourself…..really asked yourself……what makes me good, what makes me worthy of love, goodness, joy, and my life’s desires? I promise you it is your “beingness” and spirit within. I wish for all this sense of knowingness and peace.
